Kimberly Alexis Bledel is a model and actress from the United States. She is well-known for her performances as Emily Malek in The Handmaid’s Tale and Rory Gilmore in the Gilmore Girls television series.

Enrique was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Jean (née Campbell), who was born in New York and had Scottish, Irish, and English ancestry, was Bledel’s paternal grandmother.
Nanette, Bledel’s mother, was born in Phoenix, Arizona, and relocated to Mexico City when she was eight years old.
